Yoga Alliance certified Yoga instructor since 2004, Lauri has been practicing Yoga since 1999. She has been studying relaxation & mental imaging techniques for over 20 years. She is also the creator of YogaBlaast!- A unique energizing blend of Yoga & Kick-Boxing. Lauri is grateful for the opportunity to deepen her own practice & to enhance her teaching by studying with Internationally renowned Yoga Masters: Eric Schiffman, Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, & Duncan Wong, as well as Dr. Nagendra (Vice Chancellor) & Dr. Sridar (both from the SVYASA school of Yoga in India) She is particularly thankful for guidance given to her by Anne DiDomenico, & Dr. Veena Gandhi. In her classes she uses a mixture of yoga styles with which she hopes to assist her students in finding Peace, Love, Compassion & Joy that they can bring into their everyday lives.
